HEADING: ICCDR Secretary General Dr Srinivas Eluri – attended as Chief Guest to Cultural Summit & International Awards Dubai 2023 by ETCA

International Commission of Culture & Diplomatic Relations (ICCDR) Secretary General Amb. Dr. Srinivas Eluri visited Dubai for Cultural Exchange Meet in this May 2023 on the invitation of Dubai Prince Ali, Naser Suleman Lutfi Muhammad Shakir Al Khanji, Adviser Land Department & GM cum CEO Teaand Coffee museum and Prince Hamadan Hamadan Fazza. Amb. Dr. Srinivas Eluri had interacted with Royal Families of UAE on the importance of cultural exchange. were the key people who shared their views. During this interaction with Naser Suleman Lutfi Muhammad Shakir Al Khanji, Adviser Land Department & GM cum CEO Teaand Coffee museum and Prince Hamadan Hamadan Fazza, Dr. Eluri Srinvias Rao focused on UAE cultural influences, its policy positions, and its deep relationship with other cultures, education, ministry of the future, environmental issues, business, diplomacy etc.
ICCDR Secretary General Amb. Dr. Srinivas Eluri attended as Chief Guest to Cultural Summit and International Awards Dubai 2023 which was organized by Emirates Telangana Cultural Association Dubai which was held at Two-Seasons Hotel in Dubai on 21st May 2023. International Commission of Culture & Diplomatic Relations (ICCDR) partnered with ETCA, UAE in organizing this international cultural exchange program. Emirates Telangana Culture Association Dubai UAE R. Satyam , President, Kiran Kumar, Secretary Emirates Telangana association, Malaysia Telugu association, Dy Chairman, A Ramachandra, Dr Samul Reddy, Eda Spandana Foundation and Mr Narasimha of Gulf Workers Protection Committee (GWPC) were the key people who attended the program as honorable guests. The event honoured the highly eminent persons with international awards. This event aims to motivate creative talent and innovative ideators to present their perceptions and visions of the country’s future, in support of its global leadership aspirations and preserve its values, traditions and culture. Over 50 artists, dancers and musicians, attended and performed on the occasion.
In this event, Honorary Doctorate Degrees were awarded to leaders of national and international eminence in their areas of endeavour, recognizing their substantial achievement and contributions in the arts, education, public service, humanitarian pursuits, leadership etc. Diallo Ibrahima of France an Eminent Chemical Engineer and Businessman, Mr Naser Suleman Lutfi Muhammad Shakir Al Khanji who have excelled and distinguished themselves in their chosen fields. Himabindu Varanasi received Doctorate degree for her 20 years journey in music field and various other distinguished individuals who had exceptional recognition for their profound and enduring contributions in a field or activity were also felicitated. On this special momentous occasion, Dr Srinivasa Eluri Secretary General ICCDR received Life time achievement award from Emirates Telangana Cultural Association Dubai (ETCA)

His Excellency Amb. Dr. Srinivas Eluri encouraged the awardees and attendees with his inspirational speech to embrace challenges of the future in post-pandemic world, reimagine the impossible with scientific temper, and invent and innovate for the future. And, he highlighted the importance of the use of culture, dialogue and diplomacy for the sustainable future to drive towards peace, harmony and prosperity.
